Introduction
These Terms apply to your use of the Livn Group Customer Portal online chat services through the Livn Customer Support team. If you do not agree to these Terms you must exit the chat services on the Customer Portal.
By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms, and any updates to the Terms, which the Livn Group may implement at any time.
General Conditions of Use
As part of its services, Livn offers an online chat service operated by the Customer Support Team. When using this service, you must:
not use the Service for illegal, unauthorised or unacceptable purposes.
not use the Services in a way that facilitates or assists illegal activities.
not use inappropriate, offensive, derogatory, defamatory, sexually suggestive, or harassing language.
not use the Services for spam messaging, auto-messaging, or any other form use that involves non-personal use of the Services.
not send files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, cancelbots, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property.
not provide misleading information to the Livn Customer Support Team, including but not limited to your identity; and Impersonate any person or entity or make any false statements regarding any agency or affiliation with any entity.
Termination of Service
Livn reserves the right to terminate your use of the Chat Services at any time and for any reason.
Livn reserves the right to refrain from communicating with any chat users who breach these Terms.
Personal Information
The Livn Customer Support Team may ask for your company details including your place of business contact number, email address, and first name. By giving your information to the Livn Customer Support Team you agree to be contacted via email or phone. The collection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
As part of the Chat Services, Livn may, from time to time, provide advice and information to you, for example, about our tours, itineraries, travel dates and/or travel times. It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided to you is relevant to your travel dates, times, and itineraries.
Livn will not be liable for any loss, whether monetary or otherwise, which may result from any information or advice provided to you when using the Services.
Livn does not make any warranty as to the accuracy or correctness of the information that may be provided to you while using the Services.
Availability of Chat Services
The live booking system chat service operates within the Livn Customer Support business hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 AEST. The Services may be unavailable from time to time.
The Services may, from time to time, be interrupted, including for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or network failures.
Events beyond our control may affect our chat service, such as events in nature and other force majeure events. If the chat service is not available, Livn Customer Support is available via phone, and The Livn Customer Support Portal or by email at support.livn.world
Automatically Collected Information
The Chat chat services automatically collect non-personal information, including city location, IP addresses, computer platform, and browser platform. By using this Services, you agree that this information will be accessible by the Livn Customer Support Team.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Livn, its affiliates, and licensors and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Ownership
Livn and its suppliers are the sole owners of all the intellectual property, and in particular, the copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, database and patents in the Services. Livn shall retain all ownership in and to the Services, and subject to the Terms, all data transferred or received through the Services.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be void, invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that provision or part thereof will be deemed to be severed from these Terms and the remaining terms and provisions of these Terms will remain in force and constitute the Agreement between you and Livn.
