I need to make some test bookings, what do I need to do?

There will be times when you need to test in the live environment. It is essential that the below requirements are followed to ensure 
 
Note: Any bookings made in the live environment will attract a transaction fee. To avoid transaction fees; one test booking per product.
 
Test Bookings for Direct Connect
  • You need to advise the supplier that test bookings will be coming through from you.
  • If you intend to cancel bookings via the API you must also advise supplier cancellations will be coming their way.
Test Bookings for Wholesale
  • You need authority from Livn's Onboarding time that the supplier is aware test bookings will be coming through from you.
  • Once you have authority, bookings for any product must be for a travel date well ahead in the future (we recommend 3 months in advance).
  • Make sure bookings are outside of the supplier cancellation policy period, this is to avoid the fee getting applied to you.
  • Please issue a cancellation for the booking afterward.
